Elias Alvarado (BigE) is a 22 year old songwriter, artist and audio engineer from Santa Barbara CA. His music career quickly started a year ago when he moved to Los Angeles CA to pursue audio engineering. While enrolled at LA’s Sound Audio Engineers Institute he quickly learned the ins and outs of ProTools, Logic, and other industry softwares as well as industry standard consoles and outboard gear. Along with being a quick learner BigE used his communication and networking skills to to meet and interact with plenty of Industry professionals. Two Months into being enrolled at SAE, BigE was given the opportunity to work for Atlantic Records as an audio engineer intern. While working at Atlantic Records, he got the chance to meet and sit in with some of the industries best Artists, Producers and Songwriters like; OT Genesis, Jason Derulo, Charlie Puth, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Tyga, Sage The Gemini, YG and many more. Sitting in on these sessions and interacting with these professionals showed him a new side of the music industry. Constantly watching the creation process of multiple Hit Records, recieving advice from his mentors and peers, and being a part of such creative energy and amazing work ethic helped BigE feel much more creative and serious towards his own music. After working at Atlantic Records for 6 months, BigE started a record label called (SMMG) or Stac Mo Money Gang, which was founded on May 4th 2015 by Elias Alvarado (songwriter/artist), Moses Wisner (producer/engineer), and Christopher Miele (financial business partner). Shortly after finding their first facility (SMMG) started working with top artists like The Rejectz, The Finatticz, Chet Hanks, K-Young, Orlando Brown, 12Til, Jaysin Voxx, KD Rose, and plenty others. Now that SMMG has a consistent clientele basis, they are focusing on placing records with hit artists like Rihanna, Ariana Grande, French Montana, Adrian Marcel, NeyYo, and a few others.
